Where is Clementine's located?

We have several ice cream parlor locations. Please click here to find your Clementine's parlor.

Where can I buy Clementine's?

You can find our ice cream pints and merchandise in parlor at all of our locations. We also sell pints at select specialty markets in the St. Louis area, including Annie Gunn's Smokehouse Market, Winslow's Table and Cake House Design.

What are Clementine's hours?

All of our parlors are open:

Sunday - Thursday: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Friday - Saturday: 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM

We are closed for business on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Where does Clementine's ship?

We ship pints of our ice cream nationwide in the continental USA and the District of Columbia.

When does Clementine's ship?

We ship on Monday through Wednesday. If an order is placed on Thursday or Friday, it will ship the following week.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will depend on where you live. All orders must be shipped with overnight delivery with dry ice so the ice cream does not melt. Shipping within the midwest ranges from $30 - $50 and orders placed from the East or West coast ranges from $60 - $80. We hope to offer better shipping rates as we continue to grow.

What is the return policy?

Due to the time it takes to make our ice cream and each pint being produced by hand,there are no refunds. Please reach out to us if there are any issues with your order.

Does Clementine's have gluten-free flavors?

Yes, many of our ice creams and sorbets are gluten-free. Please check the ingredient list for any flavors in question.
