Clementine’s Creamery is known as a microcreamery. What makes us a microcreamery? All of our ice creams and sorbets are handcrafted local in St. Louis, are churned in small batches. We have so many unique flavors including those that are gluten free and dairy free. One of our most famous flavors is Gooey Butter Cake. The owner of our ice cream parlor, Tamara Keefe, was the first to transform this classic Saint Louis breakfast pastry into a frozen treat. We are always developing new, decadent ice cream flavors including our famous madagascar vanilla ice cream.
